It's JUNK, battery lasted less than 2 months and they wanted me to replace it with a 15% discount for another piece of junk just like it. Purchased this device at the end of August 2023 and received an email from Tile on October 12th 2023 saying that they detected a low battery in the device, but that they would sell me a new device at a 15% discount. So much for the battery life being 1-3 years. I attempted to contact Tile and got an automated system that definitely wasn't geared to handle a complaint about their product. Good thing I purchased it through Amazon, and they reimbursed me for the product as even contacting Tile wasn't an easy process.
